Ciara Neill and Jack Cowhey crossed paths at work one day
and the pair havent looked back since. Once Jack knew that Ciara was the one,
he picked out a stunning ring from Portobello Antiques in Ellen St. Limerick.
Then, one day while Ciara was out visiting her grandparents, she came home to a
beautiful setting with Jack ready and waiting to pop the question, and of
course, she said yes!
The date was soon set for the September 4, 2015 and once
Ciara designed the invites and got them printed, they were sent out to 180 of
their family and friends. Their ceremony was held in St. Munchins church
followed by a reception in the Strand Hotel, Limerick.
The morning of the wedding, Ciaras hair and make-up was
done by Catherine Hickeys team of professionals. Once she was ready to go,
Jacks uncle picked her up in his vintage Mercedes and brought her to the
church. Her bridesmaids followed closely behind her courtesy of Irish Diamond
Limousines.
Ciara had Sarah, Stacey & Nikita as her bridesmaids and
Jack chose Mark, Keith and Stuart as his groomsmen. Their daughter Chloe was
flower girl along with Ciaras god-daughter Emma.
Despite a mix up with one of the groomsmens waistcoats on
the way to the wedding, the day went smoothly and both Jack and Ciara loved
every bit of it.
Jack didnt let all the work up to Ciara either. He organized
a cigar bar for the reception which went down a treat and Ciara sugared up
their guests with a sweet cart.
The following day they organized food music and a bouncy
castle in the Limerick Lawn for family and friends.
The couple, whose very first holiday together was to the
romantic city of Barcelona, are jetting off to the Maldives and Dubai on their
honeymoon shortly.
Ciaras one piece of advice is: Dont stress the little
things. Everything always comes together in the end. Also if your dress is a
button up, start getting into it a little earlier than you had planned. It
definitely took longer than I had imagined. Ciaras beautiful dress was a Pronovias Gown purchased in De
Stafford Bridal, Nenagh and she walked up the aisle in a nude pair of Kurt
Geiger Stilettos. Her something borrowed was her headpiece, borrowed from a
friend, and she also wore a stunning veil by Linzi Jay.
The couple shared their first dance to Kodalines, The One and they trusted Eoghan Lyons as their photographer to capture all of the
special moments throughout the day. Their stunning floral arrangements were
created with love by Martine of Blossoms Flowers.
What was it like working with Eoghan Lyons as your photographer?
Eoghan Lyons was a pleasure to deal with. He made himself invisible but yet captured every brilliant moment. We were absolutely delighted we chose him to be our wedding photographer and would not hesitate in booking him for future events.
